I didn’t build RadicalRx from theory.
I built it from lived experience. From long days at sea…
first aboard the USS Cape Cod (AD-43)—a destroyer tender, where we kept other ships moving. Then as Navigator on the USS Mount Hood (AE-29) during the first Gulf War.
I’ve stood on the deck during underway replenishments—
two massive ships moving in parallel, just 140 to 200 feet apart…
close enough to feel the risk, steady enough to trust the process.
That kind of space changes you.
You learn how to stay grounded when everything is moving.
How to trust yourself. How to hold your position… without losing awareness. Years later, I found myself in a very different kind of space — the quiet, clinical world of oncology. Different environment. Same truth. Life is fragile.
And it’s also incredibly powerful.
Not from a perfect plan…
but from a deeper knowing:
We need more than systems that tell us what to do.
We need spaces that remind us who we are.
Spaces where you don’t have to perform.
Spaces where you can exhale.
Spaces where something real can unfold.
A place to reconnect with what’s still alive inside you.
A place to explore, question, and rebuild—
in your own way, in your own time.
This isn’t about fixing you.
This is about creating the conditions
where you can come back to life.
If something in you is stirring…
if you feel that quiet pull for something more…

Let’s see what becomes possible from here.
You're navigating something real — a health challenge, burnout, loss, a relationship ending, a career that
stopped fitting — and the conventional answers aren't landing. Or maybe there's no single crisis. Just
that quiet (or not-so-quiet) voice that says: there has to be more than this.
Done outsourcing their healing to systems that don't see them fully
Willing to question the story they've been
living — even if they don't have a new one yet
Somewhere between exhausted and electric
Curious about what becomes possible when they stop pretending
THE ESSENCE
At the core of RadicalRx is a single, radical idea: Even in the face oflife's hardest challenges — you have the power to choose how youshow up, respond, and live.
It is not toxic positivity. It is not “good vibes only.” It is the hard, honest, liberating practice of coming back to yourself — again and again — and claiming your life as your own.
The thread that holds it all together. The grace you extend to yourself when ownership feels impossible. The compassion that makes the work sustainable.
You name what's real. You get honest about the gap between where you are and where you know you could be. You stop waiting.
You step into the work. With community, support, and a framework that holds you, you begin making the shifts that matter.
The changes take root. New ways of thinking, showing up, and living become yours — not because you followed a formula, but because you did the real work.
It happens in spaces where you can breathe, be seen, reflect, and actually experience yourself differently.
That's why everything inside RadicalRx is designed around small circles, real conversations, and environments built to hold you while you shift.
Not a crowd. Not a lecture. Not a program that leaves you alone with a PDF.
A community of people who are in it with you — willing, imperfect, alive, and moving forward.
